Terms of Participation
These are the terms of participation regarding our daily excursions in Corfu. We suggest you read them carefully as you must comply with them once you complete a booking through the website. Tsokas Travel reserves the right to change the terms of participation at any time if necessary.
USER’S ACCOUNT ON TSOKAS EXCLUSIVE/TRAVELOTOPOS WEBSITE
The client must create a user account on the Tsokas Travel / Travelotopos website and provide the necessary information during the reservation process (full name, telephone, e-mail etc.) for the final reservation confirmation. The client is responsible for the confidentiality of their private password which can be changed anytime. The client can deactivate the user account anytime.
MINORS – CHILDREN – BABIES
We do not provide services to minors (<18 years old) without adult supervision. Children age 3-12 travel with a 50% discount on the ticket price. Infants up to 2 years old travel on an adult's lap free of charge. Our coaches do not provide child safety seats.
PETS
The transfer of small-sized animals up to 7 kg is permitted only in special dimensions baskets of 50x40x70cm, with a muzzle and only in the passenger compartment. The responsibility for their supervision throughout the trip (food, water, shadow, tranquillity) is their owners'. The owners must also comply with the pet policy and the rules of each destination
RULES DURING THE TRANSPORTATION
The meeting point for our tours in Corfu is at Douglas Column in Corfu Town.
The client should be at the departure point at least 10 minutes before the tour starting time.
On each trip, there is a trip attendant who ensures the smooth running of the tour and compliance with the program. The entrance in the coach is guaranteed by showing the printed ticket, on a mobile phone, or with the reservation number. The organiser reserves the right to ask the traveller to provide other identification when the organiser considers it necessary for safety reasons, for the other passengers' protection and for the traveller.
The client is not allowed to bring their suitcase or luggage on the trip unless it is requested via telephone or e-mail and confirmation is received from our Company. In this case, the luggage is carried under the client’s full responsibility.
Smoking, drinking and eating inside the coach are not permitted.
Clients are requested to wear dry clothes during the bus transit. If the tour has stops at beach areas, the clients will be requested to change their swimming suits to regular dry clothes before returning to the vehicle. Access to the vehicle may not be allowed if they don’t accomplish this regulation.
The client is expected to have good behaviour and respect the other passengers, the driver and the trip attendant. Passengers accompanying children are responsible for their good behaviour. Unnecessary contentious behaviour cannot be accepted.
Customers in a state of drunkenness, or showing a lack of respect for the rest of the customers, the driver and the trip attendant or with behaviour that sets to risk the smooth running of the excursion or the safety of the rest, will not be allowed to enter the bus.
Clients who miss the bus and do not participate in the excursion due to delay, negligence, or incorrect timing on their fault, are entitled either to transfer the activity on a future date or change it with a different one paying the price difference if the new one has a higher rate. If the new trip is cheaper, the client is not entitled to a refund of the price difference. In any case, all the above is valid upon availability.
The coach drivers must comply with a strict law regarding the acceptable hours of driving, the scheduled break during long distances and the total hours of driving in 24 24-hour periods. In case of intense traffic jams, roadwork or other force majeure reasons, the drop-off points are subject to modification for the proper compliance of the law.
TICKETS
PAYMENT: The payment is made with a credit/debit card through the Tsokas Exclusive Stripe safe payment system.
PRICES: The price for all the activities is per person. The ticket price does not include personal expenses or tips. The price is subject to change without notification.
CHANGE OF RESERVATION: The change of the excursion date is accepted if there is availability on the new date, and it can be done either online or by e-mail to our Company until 48 hours before the tour starts No additional charge will be applied, except for the difference in price that the new trip may have. If the customer chooses a trip with a cheaper rate, he/she is not entitled to a refund of the remaining amount.
CANCELLATION: The reservation can be cancelled for free until 24 hours before the tour starts. Otherwise, the payment will be non-refundable.
LOSS-THEFT: If a ticket is lost or stolen, the customer should inform the organiser by phone or email and they will receive a new voucher.
If a ticket is lost or stolen before the bus departure, the customer must confirm their details with the trip attendant to verify the reservation and be allowed into the vehicle.
POSTPONEMENT-CANCELLATION OF THE TRIP
Any postponement or cancellation of the trip will be announced to our customers via text or e-mail.
POSTPONEMENT: In case of postponement of the trip to another date, the customer is entitled to a refund or to a re-book for any other date he/she wishes, upon availability with no extra charges.
CANCELLATION: In case of trip cancellation, Tsokas Exclusive is obliged to refund the customer the full price of the ticket.
COMPLIANCE WITH THE TRIP SCHEDULE: The coach departure time can be changed up to one hour before or after the scheduled due to specific circumstances. This change will be notified to customers via e-mail as soon as the decision on the new departure time is taken. In this case, the customer is not entitled to a refund.
The transit times on the trip schedule are not binding. In case of delays due to external or force majeure factors (traffic jams, roadworks, compulsory road detours, bad weather conditions, etc.), Tsokas Exclusive will not be responsible for the alteration of the trip schedule.
MONEY RETURN
If the customer is entitled to a refund, this will be made with the same payment method within 4–5 days.
SAFETY DURING TRANSPORTATION
The proper functioning of the coach is the responsibility of each partner agency used by Tsokas Exclusive.
Basic insurance is provided during transportation.
PERSONAL DATA SECURITY
DATA SECURITY: We would like to inform you that by complying strictly with the law on the protection of personal data, we do not perform any unnecessary treatment of the personal data of our customers and partners, and we strictly comply with the privacy within the existing legislation.
USE AND PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA: The user acknowledges, agrees, consents and expressly accepts that our company has the right to use, process and transmit personal data for operational and IT service reasons. At any time, users have the right to access their data and information or refuse any further processing of their data under Article 13 of Law 2472/97 on personal data protection.

Data We Collect
Online reservation procedure
Guests of third party websites are asked to give personal data in order to complete their online reservations. The data they are asked to give are upon the administrator – controller of the system.
Data given automatically
There are many instances that we get data automatically. Such data are: IP address, type of device, location, date and time of accessing our system, pages that are visited and clicked, from which website someone came to our system, browser that is used, software that is used in the device or computer.
Data given from other sources
Our booking engines are integrated with other websites (online wholesalers, Online Travel Agents, etc) who are giving data about completed reservations. The data are used from controllers (administrators) for managing purposes.
Data we share with others
We share the above personal data with third party systems for basic purposes of completing an online reservation. For example, we use a third party mail provider for security reasons (to avoid emails going to spam). Our systems are cloud and we use hosting services of Amazon.com (https://aws.amazon.com/security/) . In addition in some instances we share data with third party systems for managing or accounting purposes of the controller (administrator). Also we share data with banks and online payment gateways for successful secure transactions.
